Refund policy

Booking Deposit

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost at the time of final payment.

Rescheduling Policy

If you provide at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment, your deposit can be applied to reschedule within 3 months of the original booking date.

Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book again.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be charged.

Arrivals past 40 minutes may result in the cancellation of your appointment if the service cannot be accommodated. In such cases, your deposit will not be refunded.

No-Shows and Same-Day Cancellations

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior communication will forfeit their deposit and may be restricted from booking future appointments.

Guest Policy

To maintain a professional and focused environment, we kindly ask that guests not accompany you to your appointment unless prior approval has been granted.

If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, please refrain from booking an appointment or message us to reschedule.
